Shipping & Returns

All corals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS next day air for arrival at 10:30am, except for in some rural areas where FedEx doesn’t deliver until 4:30pm. Corals are packaged in plastic bags and shipped in Styrofoam containers. During the cold season, 48-hour heat packs are included. During the hot season, ice-packs are included. Shipping is a low, flat fee of $39.95 plus a box and packaging fee of $10.00. FREE SHIPPING and PACKAGING is offered on orders over $300.00.

Shipping Times Shipments are scheduled to be delivered on Wednesdays or Fridays. Please select your preferred day in the comments section of your order. All orders must be placed 48-72 hours before your preferred shipment day in order to be fragged and shipped properly. If you require a special shipping day, please contact reefkingdom@gmail.com to make arrangements.

FedEx and UPS Hold For Pickup Instructions FedEx and UPS Hold For Pickup is available for all livestock orders. When checking out please ensure you put the following information in the comments section. Please follow this format:

FedEx or UPS Station Hold At Address: EXACT FedEx STATION STREET ADDRESS
EXACT FedEx STATION CITY, STATE, ZIP
YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND ATTENTION TO INFORMATION

This will ensure that your corals get sent for FedEx hold at the correct FedEx station. It is your responsibility to track the shipment and pick up the shipment.

Alive Arrival Guarantee

All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. Please notify us at reefkingdom@gmail.com within 1 hours of arrival to be eligible for store credit for your livestock. A DIGITAL PHOTO IS REQUIRED WITHIN 6 HOURS of acceptance of shipment and we may ask you to ship the DOA specimen return via priority mail and will give store or replace with same coral. We do not refund shipping charges. Please contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your order. We always do our best to get back with you as early as possible. We are not responsible for packages that FedEx or UPS delivers late, weather delays or lost packages. If you suspect that there may be a weather delay between your location and Utah, please delay shipment until the weather delay clears.
